My professional comics career began in Marvel's bullpen in 1987. In '88, my first freelance gig was coloring DC Comics' Hawk & Dove mini series, then full-time colorist on Superman books shortly after. Over the next eleven years, I colored landmark issues that saw the Man of Steel get engaged, die, return, and get married. For DC, I also colored Flash, Justice Society, and Power of Shazam during that 11 year run. In 2000, my own creation Captain Clockwork debuted in Big Bang Comics #31 (Image) and I pencilled a few subsequent projects (World Class Comics #1, Image) shortly after.
In the early 2000s, I transitioned to the digital age; moving on to work with Eisner award winner Steve Rude, serving first on The Moth, then the critically acclaimed Nexus, which were both published by Dark Horse Comics. Also during this time, I became a regular color contributor for TwoMorrows' Back issue magazine. In 2007, I self published a collection of Captain Clockwork stories. In 2008, I became associated with yet another American icon - Archie Andrews; coloring the adventures of the Riverdale gang in Archie & Friends, then the "Archie marries" storyline in 2009. That event was spun into a regular series - Life With Archie, which garnered much critical acclaim and media attention. For four years, I colored every issue of the series up to its dramatic conclusion with "The Death Of Archie".
In 2012 and 2013, I returned to DC Comics to color the Steve Rude illustrated Before Watchmen: Dollar Bill and an issue of The Adventures Of Superman. Today, I still color for various publishers and artists such as Archie Comics, Captain Action, Steve Rude, and Spongebob.
